Ideal candidate

Seasoned finance leader with 15+ years in FP&A or strategy who thrives on strategic storytelling and intellectual curiosity. You partner with executives, own complex processes end-to-end, and turn data into decisions that scale a mission-driven business.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/FP&A, Consulting or Strategy
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with executive presence
• Intellectually curious, dives into operations to understand why behind numbers
• Creative problem-solver able to create systems to improve processes
• Strategic storytelling with message discipline for executive-ready narratives
• Action oriented with end-to-end process ownership under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business or related field
• Must be a U.S. Person due to U.S. export controlled access requirements
• Preferred DoD and/or Tech industry experience
