Ideal candidate

Hands-on electrical generalist with 5+ years experience who thrives in fast-paced environments building mission-critical flight hardware end-to-end, from concept to flight test.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years experience designing complex systems
• Active, hands-on PCB design experience within the last 5 years including schematic, layout and bring-up
• Experience with modern ECAD/EDA tools, Altium Designer preferred
• Solid foundation in power system design, power analysis and power management
• High competence using lab test equipment and board-level rework tools
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and digital interfaces
• Knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal board design and EMI mitigation
• Understanding of power electronics to drive harness designs and connector selection
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
