Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in senior role driving electrical engineering projects from concept to launch in defence, tech or fast-paced environment
• Expertise in electrical engineering principles, techniques and technologies with track record of innovative solutions
• Proficiency with industry-standard electrical design and simulation software
• Ability to perform detailed electrical calculations, simulations and testing to evaluate and optimise performance
• Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills with ability to deliver on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to mentor junior engineers
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
