Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance with ability to maintain it
• 8+ years in hardware product development, sustainment, or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving (8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, FMEA)
• Deep understanding of fabrication and assembly failure analysis including CT scan, X-ray, cross-sectioning, SEM
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply design best practices
• Familiarity with standard interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB
