Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of flight testing experience with autonomous or remotely piloted systems
• Demonstrated ability developing and executing test plans for complex systems on aggressive timelines
• Familiarity with mission autonomy, unmanned systems and multi-asset operational frameworks
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data and recommend improvements
• Proven track record collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills for diverse technical audiences
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to test locations
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
