- 8+ years in strategic sourcing or supplier development with 3+ years people management
- Experience managing and scaling teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Experience leading supplier industrialization for NPI and scaling production
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, with relocation if needed
- Master's degree in electrical or electronics engineering preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools for cost modeling
- Well-versed in TCO analysis and commodity strategy with engineering stakeholders
