Requirements

• 7+ years of multi-site operational experience in facilities, workplace, or campus management across a distributed footprint, including mixed-use environments
• Analytical and financial rigor managing and forecasting complex OPEX and CAPEX budgets and using utilization data to drive decisions
• Tech fluency and comfort with fast-paced, real-time collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack)
• Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing workplace teams with high standards and accountability
