Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Degree in engineering, math, or hard science
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in fast-paced environment
• Technical leadership expertise in manufacturing
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware via machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, etc.
• Strong passion for manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
