Ideal candidate

Hands-on manufacturing engineer with 8+ years building electromechanical hardware who thrives in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments and is passionate about scaling cutting-edge defense systems from prototype to production.

Requirements

• Degree in technical field such as engineering, math or hard science preferred
• 8+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Proven ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments
• Hands-on experience physically manufacturing hardware (machining, soldering, assembly, etc.)
• Experience with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter PLM, Oracle ERP or equivalents
• Genuine interest in manufacturing and thirst for learning
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled access requirements
