Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace
• BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated team leadership (in-kind or direct), with backing examples
• Proficiency in CAD and production-planning tools such as ERP and MES, plus deep DFM, tooling, and NPI ownership from development to rate
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Hands-on experience with R/C or autonomous flight vehicles, flight controllers, or related control systems
• Experience with automation and robotics
• Knowledge of composites and advanced manufacturing
