Hands-on builder with 8+ years in PCBA manufacturing who thrives in fast, resource-limited environments. You take holistic ownership, love solving physical hardware challenges, and bring energy and creativity to the team.

Requirements

• Degree in technical field such as engineering, math, or hard science preferred
• 8+ years of experience in PCBA and SMT processes and advanced packaging
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware via machining, fabrication, soldering or assembly
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support global manufacturing operations
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access
• Experience with Altium software
• Experience with IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards
