Requirements

• BS or higher in engineering or hard science
• Hands-on technical project experience in college or professional settings
• CAD proficiency and high-quality drawings to industry standards
• Hands-on fabrication and assembly with hand tools, mill, lathe
• Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, statics, solid mechanics and materials
• Detail-oriented, organized self-starter able to work autonomously
• Able to define scope for ill-defined problems
• Passion for defending the US and allies
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active US security clearance
• 7+ years mechanical design experience with space hardware or equivalent complexity
