Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in management or team lead role
• Background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning and inventory operations
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR and defense contracting practices
• Proven ability to deliver results on cost, schedule and quality in complex negotiations
• Experience optimizing supply chain processes during high growth or production ramps
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
