- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or related engineering discipline
- 3+ years in hybrid engineering / sourcing / supply chain role delivering hardware into production
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost drivers with supplier floor experience
- Fluent in engineering drawings, schematics, CAD models and GD&T
- Track record troubleshooting with suppliers and driving 8D / CAPA root-cause corrective action
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
