Requirements
- 8+ years software engineering experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated mentoring and technical leadership while remaining hands-on
- Experience navigating large, complex codebases in collaborative teams
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python
- Direct experience in air and missile defense domains, tracking, sensor fusion, C2 systems
- Experience with big data / NoSQL / database technologies
- Strong software design, algorithm implementation, testing and optimization skills
- Background in applied mathematics, optimization, statistics and random processes
- Background in controls, estimation theory and digital signal processing
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance
