Requirements
- 4+ years in SRE, DevOps, systems engineering or similar running production infrastructure
- Strong Linux skills: systemd, journald/log analysis, SSH remote debugging, shell scripting
- Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP/ARP, firewalls, connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana or similar
- Proficiency in Python, Rust or similar for automation and tooling
- Experience with incident response, root-cause analysis, postmortems and runbooks
- Comfort working across hardware and software boundaries
- Strong communication coordinating field technicians, engineers and operations under pressure
