Requirements

• Flutter/Dart: widget lifecycle, rebuild cost, platform channels, multi-platform builds
• Reactive state management: Riverpod, Redux, Rx, Combine; MVVM
• Performance: Flutter DevTools, systrace/perfetto, frame budgets, memory & GPU analysis, startup time and battery management
• Android: process and activity lifecycle, foreground services, doze/background limits, permissions, ANRs, adb/logcat
• Linux: system services, filesystem and permissions, packaging, shell
• Networking: gRPC streaming, TLS and trust stores, reconnection/backoff, offline-first, degraded-link behavior
• Architecture: best practices on large codebases, one-way dependencies, unit and widget test discipline
• Must be clearance eligible
• Able to travel up to 25%
