Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience and Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership as hands-on contributor
• Experience supporting and navigating large, complex codebases as part of collaborative team
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python
• Direct experience in air and missile defense domains such as tracking, sensor fusion, threat classification, kill chain or C2
• Big data / NoSQL / database technologies
• Software design, algorithm implementation, analysis, testing and optimization
• Applied mathematics including linear algebra, optimization, statistics and random processes
• Engineering including controls, estimation theory and digital signal processing
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
