Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience
• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on
• Experience supporting and navigating large, complex codebases as part of a collaborative team
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python
• Direct experience in air and missile defense domains such as multi-target tracking, sensor fusion, threat classification, kill chain development, or command-and-control systems
• Software engineering: software design, algorithm implementation, analysis, testing, and optimization
• Machine learning: supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification
• Applied mathematics: differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes
• Engineering: controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
