Requirements
- 3+ years managing or supervising in high-volume production environment
- Knowledge and experience working in manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production rate, critical path and manufacturing fundamentals
- Understanding of product lifecycle from NPI to scaled production, LEAN and ECO change management
- Ability to interpret technical documentation including drawings, work instructions and schematics
- Willing to work hands-on with hardware and support line as needed
