A proactive, hands-on owner who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing and loves partnering directly with suppliers to scale high-quality composites production in support of defense missions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with composites manufacturing, metallurgy, IPC standards, CAD and GD&T
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local
