Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Composites

A proactive, hands-on engineer with deep composites manufacturing experience who thrives owning supplier relationships and scaling production. You love solving factory-floor challenges and driving quality and efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or related technical field
• 6+ years in supplier quality and industrialization in manufacturing
• Expertise in composites manufacturing, metallurgy, CAD and GD&T
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Ability to work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, relocating if needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
