Proactive, hands-on engineer with deep manufacturing roots who thrives on the factory floor and owning supplier ramp-ups end to end. You care about quality, efficiency, and scaling critical hardware for defense missions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 6+ years in supplier quality and industrialization in manufacturing
• Experience with mechanical fabrication manufacturing, IPC standards, CAD and GD&T
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not local
