Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electrical

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing and GD&T
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical field preferred
• Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech or related industry
• Strong understanding of quality systems, standards and certifications
• Familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment
• Exposure to working in a fast-paced, startup environment
