Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
- 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within manufacturing
- Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing and GD&T
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive or high-tech industry
- Strong understanding of quality systems, standards and certifications
- Familiarity with high-mix, low-volume product development
- Exposure to fast-paced startup environment
