Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, supply chain, or related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Deep PCBA expertise: SMT processing, wave/selective soldering, reflow profiling, component placement, and AOI/SPI/X-ray inspection
• Experience with electronics manufacturing standards (IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-6012/6013) and strong understanding of DFM, DFT, and DFA
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
