Senior Systems Engineer, Intelligence Systems

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development.
• 6+ years of experience documenting and developing system requirements in support of new product design, development and testing.
• Experience as a lead system architect for complex hardware and software systems, owning architecture decisions from concept to execution.
• Experience developing system architectures and design artifacts for products spanning hardware, software, and firmware.
• Hands-on experience with system modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, including familiarity with SysML v1.x and/or v2.0.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing engineering workflows including building automated workflows to reduce manual effort and increase throughput.
• Demonstrated ability to decompose complex systems with competing objectives into executable requirements and deliver to meet government expectations.
• Strong technical communication skills to deliver critical briefings to technical leadership, company leadership, and customers.
• Ability to influence without formal authority across hardware, software, and firmware disciplines.
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
