Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Extensive professional experience as an Engineer with domain expertise
• Experience as program manager or tech lead for a group of engineers
• Ability to exercise high ownership over complex system design, integration, test and delivery
• Capacity to work holistically across design, implementation, operation and sustainment
• Capacity to act as technical owner including requirements, roadmap and team coordination
• Ability to learn quickly while mentoring junior team members
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance
