Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years as Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Engineer in autonomous systems, robotics, or software development
- Solid technical aptitude to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, challenges and risks and work effectively with engineering teams
- Strong project management experience with practical familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain NV2 Security Clearance
- Understanding of test and integration of complex systems
- Ability to work with minimal structure and minimal direction
- Experience building programs for software deliverables from ground up
- Experience creating communication plans for various stakeholder levels
- Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills
