Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field like Computer Science, Information Systems or related with passion for weapon system security
• 4+ years program and project management experience in technology managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• 5+ years experience in engineering or related technical disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical data, build metrics, and drive decisions and track program health
• Experience working with technical teams to translate program and business requirements into actionable plans
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with high detail orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance
• Occasional travel to other company sites up to 10% may be required
