Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a high-volume full-cycle recruiter evaluating and hiring top tier talent
• Experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress and advising on hiring strategies
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup, hiring exempt roles for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa office
