Requirements

• 6+ years as high-volume full-cycle recruiter hiring top-tier talent
• 3+ years working with senior leaders on hiring and talent strategies
• Experience recruiting at agency and fast-paced startup for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production or Manufacturing Engineering
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid in Costa Mesa office
• Experience sourcing pipelines for niche supply chain engineering roles
