Requirements
- 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, systems engineering or similar running production infrastructure
- Strong Linux skills including systemd, journald/log analysis, SSH debugging and shell scripting
- Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP/ARP, firewalls and connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana or similar
- Proficiency in Python, Rust or similar for automation and tooling
- Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, postmortems and runbooks
- Comfort working across hardware and software boundaries
- Strong communication and coordination with field technicians, engineers and operations under time pressure
