Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience with Bachelor's in math, physics, engineering or related field
• Demonstrated experience managing and evolving production software architecture including refactoring and technical debt
• 2+ years working on a single codebase or product as requirements evolved
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable, maintainable architecture
• Proficiency in algorithm design, statistical modeling, and development with Rust and Python
• Solid understanding of linear algebra, optimization, probability and stochastic processes
