Staff Electrical Engineer (Power & Mixed-Signal)

Self-starting hardware engineer with deep defense or aerospace background who owns designs end-to-end. Cares about rigorous analysis, reliability in harsh environments, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex boards
• Solid engineering fundamentals across Analog, Digital, and Power Electronics
• Deep proficiency with Altium Designer and LTSpice or equivalents
• Competence with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, thermal chambers and power supplies
• Familiarity with CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet and common MCU/CPU architectures
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
