Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with a focus on automation
- Experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably NX or similar
- Strong DFM/DFA knowledge applied to automated production
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing technologies
- Track record leading end-to-end automated process development
- Experience integrating automation, robotics, or advanced metrology into workflows
- Experience defining process standards and mentoring engineers
- Must be a U.S. Person due to export controlled access
