Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with PCB layout
- 5+ years of experience with Altium
- Ability to read schematics and assess layout and manufacturability risk
- Deep understanding of PCB fabrication, assembly and stackup validation
- Experience owning ECAD libraries, footprints and IPC compliance
- Working knowledge of signal and power integrity principles
- Expert-level high-speed digital and controlled impedance routing
- Experience with HDI, fine-pitch BGA fanout and 12+ layer stackups
- Lead designer experience with reviews and mentoring
- Ability to manage layout scope and schedule across programs
- Eligible for security clearance
