Requirements

• 12+ years experience with Bachelor's in math, physics, engineering or related technical field
• Staff or Principal-level technical leadership developing operational airborne defense radar systems
• Expertise in airborne radar systems engineering, mode development and software architecture
• Background in algorithm development, digital signal processing and electronic protection techniques
• End-to-end radar experience spanning hardware, software and operational deployment
• Ability to work with operational customers to translate mission needs into requirements
• Operationally-focused experience fielding systems in real-world environments
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance
