Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of industry experience as a System Safety Engineer or equivalent
• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
• Deep experience with safety-critical hardware and software systems in defense or aerospace industry
• Expert-level knowledge of MIL-STD-882E and other relevant safety standards
• Demonstrated experience establishing System Safety Engineering frameworks across multiple products or programs
