Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning or related field
• 7+ years in corporate real estate transactions, brokerage, development or asset management
• Track record leading office and industrial lease negotiations from LOI through execution
• Deep knowledge of commercial lease terms including TI, options, ROFO/ROFR and termination rights
• Strong lease financial analysis including net effective rent and NPV comparisons in Excel
• Experience partnering with legal counsel on drafting and brokers on market strategy
• Ability to travel up to 25% and U.S. citizenship required; clearance eligibility preferred
