A hands-on supply chain leader with deep sourcing and supplier development experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments and enjoys shaping early-stage aerospace hardware from concept to production.

Requirements

• Master's degree or advanced technical degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience in design and development of electronics and/or mechanical devices
• Experience in advanced sourcing, including as commodity/sourcing manager
• Experience in supplier development across technology, process and supply chain
• Experience with early supplier engagement ahead of requirements realization
• Familiarity with high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment
• Exposure to working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
