Requirements

• 4+ years of hands on systems engineering experience
• Experience with system design, development and test of ESM and EA/ECM systems
• Experience with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios
• Experience with requirements creation, traceability, verification and validation
• Experience coordinating across disciplines on system design and validation
• Experience leading SRR, PDR, CDR reviews and owning CDRLs
• Excellent technical writing for proposals, trade studies and test docs
• Able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret/Top Secret clearance
