Requirements

• Extensive hands-on technical experience in field operations, manufacturing, or test
• Prior military or defense contractor experience as pilot/operator, network technician, or maintainer
• Understanding of flight operations, aircraft systems, and sensors
• Proven problem-solving at hardware-software-operations interface in unstructured settings
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external customers to align on solutions
• Experience with data-driven root-cause analysis using system logs
• Ability to train peers and customers on product operation
• Prior operationally relevant deployment experience and willingness to travel up to 80%
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Top Secret clearance
