Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs with ownership of cost, schedule and technical performance
• Active US Secret clearance
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Proven track record as primary interface to a government program office, running reviews and representing status to the customer
• Experience managing schedules and resources to achieve program objectives
• Highly organized with ability to manage concurrent programs and competing priorities
