Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, Engineering or hands-on advanced UAS operating experience
• 7+ years as Technical Program Manager or product development role for payloads or robotics systems
• Proven program management experience, preferably in technical or military setting
• Familiarity with UAS products and working with end users in the field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, able to manage concurrent programs and competing priorities
• Able to work with minimal structure and minimal direction
• Strong project management experience with JIRA and Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
