Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, resource planning, or workflow ownership in a technical environment
• Experience owning intake, prioritization, throughput tracking, or resource allocation for a multi-stakeholder team
• Experience driving execution across teams where you did not have direct reporting authority
• Experience using Jira or a comparable work-management system as an operating system of record
• Ability to make timely, evidence-based resourcing and prioritization decisions
• Willingness to make and defend firm staffing and sequencing decisions among programs with competing priorities
• Must be eligible for Secret and higher security clearance (US)
