Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring
• Proven ability to convey complex information simply and drive a data-driven narrative
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strategic stakeholder alignment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and track record influencing best practices
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and passion for innovating TA processes
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
• Experience in startups, tech, and software domains such as Autonomous Vehicles, Aerospace, Robotics
