Technical Trainer - Composites Production

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in a manufacturing or production environment
• Composite layup, bonding and assembly experience
• Ability to demonstrate technical procedures and communicate complex information in 1:1 and group settings
• Proficient in public speaking and delivering engaging presentations to large groups
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to contribute to production tasks during periods between training sessions
• Previous experience in a training, mentoring, or lead technician role preferred
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or training software preferred
