Requirements

• 5+ years in facility operations or management, ideally in hangar, aviation or industrial environments
• 3+ years of direct responsibility for facility maintenance, operations coordination or project management
• Hands-on experience with hangar doors, HVAC, electrical, lighting and maintenance operations
• Proven ability to manage 3-5+ concurrent facility projects in fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills, comfortable negotiating and holding partners accountable
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments
• Strong technical communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
