Requirements

• Experience planning, developing, and delivering technical training using adult learning and instructional design
• Proven experience managing or coordinating training efforts, projects, or a small trainer team
• Adaptive communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
• Enthusiasm for transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance with willingness to travel
